Want to own an Orange County time-share?

The Orange County Treasurer-Tax Collector’s office plans to hold its third online time-share auction Sept. 18, furnish for sale close to 80 delinquent dimensions to recover unpaid owned taxes.

Bidding starts at 8 a. m ., closing in batches starting at 1 p.m.

Minimum entreats range from $600 to $3,100. To check out the time-shares, go to

You must cross-file to view the entire enumerate by clicking on the word “Register” in the blue banner at the top of the page.

To bid, you must submit a refundable $1,000 deposit by eCheck through the “My Payments” link on the registration website by 5 p. m. Sept. 10.

Links to the five time-share properties — located in San Clemente, Capistrano Beach and Newport Coast — are located in pull-down menus on the “View Auction” webpage.

The treasurer’s office did not provide any further details on individual time-shares or give the dates when proprietors will have access to their owneds. Specific questions should be directed to the useds, the treasurer’s office said.

Treasurer-Tax Collector Shari Freidenrich reminded possible bidders before prior auctioneers to investigate the time-shares completely before auction, saying they were being sold on a “buyer beware” basis.

Families and their four-legged friends can celebrate National Dog Day on Saturday, Aug. 24, at the fourth annual Husks& Brews at Store at San Clemente.

The free, family-friendly event invites attendees to enjoy ice-cold beer, hand-crafted cocktails and delicious pecks while they pamper their furbabies. There will be live entertainment, a photo booth, free treats and dog-friendly vendors.

Drinks is likely to be$ 5 with all follows running immediately to the Pet Project Foundation, which aids is in favour of San Clemente-Dana Point Animal Shelter.

Casa Romantica’s new sunset music lines “Casa Vibes” minors off on Thursday, Aug. 8, with San Diego-based indie rock band Trouble in the Wind. Aimed at those attempting cutting-edge music, the streak will be held on Casa Romantica’s Ocean Terrace, with a flat cover charge of $12.

Trouble In The Wind was San Diego Music Awards’ 2018 Artist of the Time, blending such diverse instruments as accordions, banjos and jazz drums to create surf-tinged, folk-and-country-flecked rock-and-roll. The band’s organic racket incorporates accordion, upright bass, touches, banjo, and guitars.
