In this episode I’m heading out with Brian Roberts and Charles Breon to target cobia in the Chesapeake Bay. That doesn’t pan out, so we resort to Plan B when I hook into a massive cownose ray. We decide to take it home for dinner, and it is absolutely the most bizarre meat of any animal on the planet. Come along as we show you how to clean this weird creature and how to cook up some good ol’ fashioned Cownose Ray Parmigiana. Just like momma used to make.
