A 28 -year-old San Clemente man has been charged with murder and aggression on small children in connection with the death of a young girl, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office said Friday.
Christopher Recio was detained on doubt of killing the 17 -month-old girl on Jan 5 in the city of Orange. Counsels said Recio killed her by beginning deaden patrol trauma to her head.
Prosecutors charged Recio with two misdemeanour counts- one murder weigh and one count of onslaught on small children with power likely to produce huge bodily injury resulting in death.
Recio is scheduled to be arraigned on Feb. 8. He is being held on$ 1 million bail.
Law enforcement is still investigating the dispute and did not secrete additional details.
