A 24 -year-old Dana Point man accused of stabbing three Marines outside a disallow in San Clemente in August, has been sentenced to four years in prison.
Alexis Moreno Aguirre pleaded guilty on Monday, Jan. 14, in Orange County Superior Court to two trespas weighs of onslaught with a lethal weapon other than a handgun, according to courtroom enters. A third trespas abuse attack was rejected, along with sentencing enhancements for justification huge bodily injury.
The fight resulted Aug. 3, just after 1 a.m ., in the 200 obstruction of El Camino Real. The Marine — two 21 -year-old men and a 23 -year-old man- are part of the 1st Battalion/ 4th Marines.
